Stonebwoy is the Dancehall King in Ghana – Selorm Chica.

For the past few years, one music genre that has really stood out in Ghana is Dancehall. Although Dancehall originates not from Ghana, it has in some way grown roots that have been firmly established. Among Dancehall artistes like Stonebuoy, Jupiter, Shatta Rako, Iwan, Kaakie and the rest, three profound Dancehall musicians who have stood out from the crowd are Stonebwoy, Shatta Wale And Samini.
On a program, “Saturday Jam” with Host Martin Rouny of Dzigbodi 87.7fm this evening, Selorm Chica boldly confirm that Stonebwoy is the Dancehall King in Ghana,
Hamenu Daniel (Chica) who is the Youngest and current assembly member for Dorwuime – Bokargakope electoral Area in the ketu North District in the Volta region of Ghana and also an entertainment analyst, Volta Regime music group (VRMG) promoter in Volta..
He said even though Shatta Wale professes to be the dancehall king in Ghana, but Stonebwoy Burniton is  Ghana´s dancehall king!
“Stonebwoy Burniton, a dancehall artiste par excellence is undoubtedly the definition of dancehall music in Ghana today. Even the critics of Stonebwoy would admit in their mischief that Stonebwoy´s dancehall music is certainly at par with Jamaican dancehall. Indeed, his rhythm, flow, diction, language and lines are all of higher quality with exception”.  He said
Stonebwoy, whose real name is Livingstone Etse Satekla, a proud Voltarian and the CEO of Burniton Music Group, has proven beyond doubt that he can sustain dancehall music in Ghana. No wonder he has been awarded the VGMAs 2014/2015 Artiste of the Year, and he had a nomination in the Best International Act (Africa) category  BET Awards and won that too, that's why I said Stonebwoy is the Dancehall King in Ghana . He added.
He also use the opportunity to salute the VRMG Leader Edem and also congratulation him for  his new Banger Kpordawoe.
