Ghanaian Gospel Musician Named World Malaria Ambassador After Wearing Mosquito Net Dress.

In making the official announcement, the Heads of Programmes at the United Nations said Gifty Osei takes advantage of all her appearances at public events to encourage the use of mosquito nets by putting on dresses made from the net.
The UN has also supplied Gifty Osei with 1000s of mosquito nets to sow more dresses for herself.
Speaking to Dklassgh.com Gifty Osei expressed joy for her ambassadorial deal with the UN and also hinted that she would be donating her dress to the Children's Hospital in Accra to serve as Mosquito nets.
“I'm very very happy. Today is the happiest day in my life. Thanks to the UN for such recognition and deal. I'll be donating this mosquito net I'm wearing now to the Children's Hospital on Monday” – she told Dklassgh.com
