It feels great to see Ghanaian acts perform with live sets – Samini.

Legendary Ghanaian recording artist and performer Emmanuel Andrews Samini (@samini_dagaati) known widely by his stage name Samini has revealed it feels great to see a number of young Ghanaian musicians do live performances with sets.

The musician who has over the years carved a niche for himself as one of the best live performers in the country in a recent interview with NY DJ on new web interview series Behind The Move stated that the growing trend is welcoming and needs to be applauded.

“… it feels great. Way back it was live band (during the days of Ambolley, Kojo Antwi) but it dwindled down because of the digital and recordings even changed to digital but I felt I could one of the young artists that would be known for performing with a band”.
