I’m still proud of producing a profane song – Shatta Wale.
Ghanaian legendary dancehall artist, Charles Nii Armah Mensah Jnr popularly known as Shatta Wale in the music industry has recently released quite a controversial song titled ‘Womaami Tw3'. Ghanaians didn't like the song at all and criticized it as much as they can. But contrary to this, Shatta Wale, has said he is still proud for making a profane song and he has no regret.
While speaking to the host of the show, Mike ‘2', ‘Me Need No Awards' hitmaker revealed that, each song he releases is in light of a legitimate concern for his fans, same is the case with the profane song. ‘Womaami Tw3' is more kind of party song and it can also be used as a street song, which the general population love'.
He said in light of latest technology the youth are far developed of other things utilizing the web to do a great number of things a long way from the words in the song.
He said in a cheerful mood, “I am proud of the song and I believe in the history of Ghana music nobody has been able to compose such a creative piece”.
Moreover, he disclosed that he didn't release the song specifically to insult the women he likewise has a mother and a spouse, however, made a song that his fans could appreciate and love.
Likewise, a couple of days back, baby mama of Shatta Wale also said, she loves Shatta Wale's profane song and there is nothing wrong with that song.
