Ashaiman doesn’t know Vybrant Faya – Seriki.

Artistes the world over have one way or the other always taken pride in representing the hood they come from in their songs, videos and even interviews.
To some people, the hood you come from, or rep, adds up to your brand and how you are regarded in the music scene aside from putting out good songs.
In Ghana, artistes like Sarkodie, R2bees, Dadi Opanka etc proudly rep Tema. Others like Samini, Kofi Kinaata rep Dansoman and then Stonebwoy, Galaxy and Sariki and Vybrant Faya all rep Ashaiman.
Latest news is that, fast rising rap star – Sariki has ruled Vybrant Faya out of the Ashaiman League.
According to the artiste, Vybrant Faya is not known and accepted as an Ashaiman artiste.
He went on to say even he – ‘Sariki' does not know who Vybrant Faya is as far representing Ashaiman is concerned.
“I don't know Vybrant Faya, who is Vybrant Faya? Ashaiman doesn't know any Vybrant Faya, they only know myself, Stonebwoy and Galaxy.” Sariki revealed this on AM Pluzz with Sammy Flex.
What is even more interesting is that, Vybrant Faya has always claimed to be a very known and staunch Ashaiman artiste.
He even recorded a song “Ashaiman Hero” to cement his claim. It therefore comes as a surprise to have another Ashaiman artiste come out to say they don't know any artiste called Vybrant Faya from that area.
The big question is…Who is telling the truth? Should we believe Vybrant Faya and see him as an Ashaiman artiste or We should go with Sariki's pronouncement
