I Wasn't Sacked From Stage By Wizkid – Stonebwoy tells critics•

New York Barclays Centre was lit over the weekend as top artistes from Africa thronged the hall to thrill fans with the One Africa Music Fest. Big names such as Wizkid, Stonebwoy, Banky W, Jidenna, Wale, Diamond Platinum, Tiwa Savage, Swizz Beatz etc all took their turns to perform.
After the event, news went viral that Ghanaian rep, Stonebwoy was sacked from stage by Wizkid after over staying his welcome. Social media was buzzing with this news as some people took advantage of the situation to throw some jabs at the “Stone God”. A video of what transpired on stage during Wizkid and Stonebwoy's performance was circulating as well.
Speaking on the AM Pluzz show with Sammy Flex, Stonebwoy explained, that Wizkid did not sack him from stage. According to the ” People Dey” hit maker and former VGMA artiste of the year, he was invited on stage by the Nigerian super star to support him. And that reports making rounds that he went on stage without Wizkid's knowledge is false.
Stonebwoy went on to state that the very video that folks are using to bad mouth him was uploaded online by himself. It is therefore ridiculous to hear such news about him. “It is very ridiculous to hear people say that I was sacked. How can you use a video posted by myself to bash me, this is just so ridiculous”, Stonebwoy said.
He further advised that Ghanaians should support our own.
