Upcoming artistes don’t take time to write music – Mzbel.

 
 
Hiplife artiste Belinda Ekuah Amoah, known in the showbiz industry as Mzbel, has taken a swipe at the current crop of musicians saying they are lazy.
Mzbel, who is considered as one of the females who started hiplife in Ghana said some of the upcoming artistes do not put in much work before releasing their songs.
Reflecting on current trends in the industry, she talks about how average some artistes have become when developing storylines for their music and the fact that some don't follow directions in making music.
In an interview with Hitz FM, Mzbel noted that “Gone were the days when an artiste goes to the studio for a week to come out with a song which also has a storyline.”
She added, “only a few artistes will take time to tell a story or throw in some advice along the line.''
“Unfortunately, the generation now is crazy about music these days so the upcoming artistes are following the trends,” the controversial musician concluded.
