Samini thanks Shatta Wale for attending Saminifest 2016

 

Emmanuel Andrews Samini, known by his stage name Samini has commended colleague Shatta Wale for making a surprise show at this year's Saminifest held at the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
On his official twitter handle he said “Big up all who made it out last night to support.#saminifest16.@shattawalegh you blessed the place with your surprise appearance..#akye1”.

The self-acclaimed Dancehall King who was not billed to perform at the annual event, made a surprise appearance while Samini was performing forcing him to pause and usher in his former rivals.
Samini in the middle of his first performance paused and told the electrifying crowd “Today the biggest thing is about to happen in Ghana. Peace is what we need going into the 2016 Elections and as a sign of unity my brother Shatta Wale is joining me on stage.”
They both performed songs from each's repertoire some of which included Scatta Badmind and Papa Twitter, recorded while they were beefing major
The former rivals announced a collaboration to be released early next year and a worldwide tour.
