Stonebwoy responds to Jupitar's diss song

Published

on

Dancehall artiste Stonebwoy is sticking to his claim that his very recent song isn't a diss song targeted at colleague .
A line on migrane by the former irked the latter who retaliated with ‘war' few days later. Stonebwoy told MzGee on Hitz FM, the current situation is as a result of misunderstanding.
“The song can never be for . If they take it their own way, that is how they felt at that point in time because they could have taken it in a positive side as well. The lyrics which was posted on social media was self-explanatory. I'm a writer and composer so I try to always make sense in my songs but if they connect one line to the other and they feel it is directed to them, they have the right to take it like that,” explained Stonebwoy.
“I wasn't surprised to hear Jupitar's issue because I do not expect him to have the same thought as I was thinking when writing the song. if Jupitar is showing that this is how he has taken it, I can't stop it. Coming from my end, I was never dissing any artiste but just rhyming with words. Samini could have also said that I was dissing him when I mentioned highgrade to say certain things. As matured as he is, he knows that this guy is not trying to diss me so why would I be angry.”
He also claimed during the interview he is yet to listen to the song. “no I've not heard and I do not want to listen. It is not fair to listen because there is no war anywhere.”
Read our previous story about the issue below.
Dancehall artiste Jupitar felt slighted by a line off colleague Stonebwoy's new song Migraine and has released a new song to as it were, teach the latter a musical lesson.
Titled ‘War‘and produced by Brainy Beatz, it sees Jupitar tell Stonebwoy not to start what he can't complete, accuses him of being a sell out and warns him not to play with a lion.

Background
A line in the first verse off Stonebwoy's new song migrane seemed to throw shots at Jupitar.
I have a Golden Heart 24karat Chat dem A Chat 24Parrot If them Say A Beef Send Me Some Carrot I Man A lion No Move Like A Rat Earth Lock , No Space Deh Ah Jupiter For All The Man Way A Move Like Lucifer And I'm in the News Everyday Like Lupita Breaking Records Me No Weh Yuh A Hate Me For

Jupitar responded on Facebook writing: I would've kept mute if bwoy admitted he was referring to the planet “Jupiter ” not by his management, but I guess your ego failed you again.
Actually after posting the lyrics your last caption means you careless if people misinterpreted the lyrics of the song, really!!! bwoy really!!!?? To those saying that line isn't harmless, yes but what about the content of the whole song ? Won't say much but next time “let sleeping Dogs lie” Nothing personal tho…
My next single coming out today, Anticipate!!!!!

“I Accepted A Bribe To Keep Mute After Seeing A Pastor Bonk A Colleague’s Wife In His Office” – Gospel Singer, Erico

Erico

Famous for competing in the Mentor competition, gospel artist Eric Oduro has shared how he exposed a senior pastor who was having an extramarital affair with a colleague's wife.

In his account of the incident on Adom TV's Okukuseku with Emelia Brobbey, said that he had been hired to serve at a church in Nungua when the incident occurred.

It was his responsibility, he said, to oversee a spirit-filled ministry that would bring in the senior pastor to deliver a sermon to the congregation.

He stated he had to reroute his route and return to the church after doing his work and leaving the property because he had forgotten his glasses in the pastor's office.

Upon barging into the senior pastor's office, he said the scene that unfolded before him was so shocking that, to date, he occasionally gets flashbacks.

recounted seeing the pastor pants down while banging the junior pastor's wife, who doubles as the church's secretary, on his desk.

As he snatched his spectacles and made attempts to quietly walk out, he said the pastor pleaded with him not to create a scene as church service was still ongoing.

In exchange for his silence, Erico claims the pastor offered him a substantial bribe, which he accepted.

Gyakie

Ghanaian artist has opened up about her misgivings about dating a man who works in the music or creative arts fields.

Although love is undoubtedly lovely, stated in a recent interview with 3FM that romantic connections with individuals in your career could be challenging.

She would not be dating anyone in the industry for the time being, even if she accepted that love is erratic.

If there's another version of myself, I won't counsel myself to do that. As it might be quite risky, I wouldn't suggest doing that.

“Love is a beautiful thing. I wouldn't say it's wrong, but at the same time, right now, I wouldn't advise myself to be with an industry person,” Gyakie said.
