News of Stonebwoy's marriage has left many, mostly social media users giving it several angles. Some have compared him to Shatta Wale whereas others have also said the musician is getting married not because of love but because of the social standing of the Doctor.
But in a post on Facebook, Chris Handler has asked Ghanaians not to trivialize the marriage of the musician because he is certainly marrying because of love and nothing else.
According to him, there is nothing special about marrying a doctor but all that is important is the love between the two. He said love should always be the determining factor and not the social standing aor academic credentials of one's better half.
He posted “So now a man cannot marry or be with someone just because of the LOVE? What's so unique about someone marrying a doctor? What's most important is the LOVE a couple feel for each other, the understanding and care. The profession of the woman is not a determining factor to a Happy marriage or relationship Me if I love you and you are respectful and humble, if you be ‘waakye seller' saf afi roll plus you”
