Pride Killing female artistes in Ghana – Feli Nuna
Songstress Feli Nuna has debunked claims that she has a ‘beef' with her colleague, Ebony.
According to her, she respects Ebony and loves her music and can never have a problem with her on any grounds.
However, she indicated that she only has a problem with Ebony's choice of lyrics because as celebrities, they should be seen as role models and their songs shouldn't be too suggestive.
She said “I love ‘Sponsor'. I love the melody. I only said I wasn't comfortable with the lyrics but it's a very good song. Ebony is a great artiste and I have no beef with her”.
She noted that female artistes in Ghana do not have massive following and do not last in the industry because they are not together like the men are and therefore hinted of a collaboration with some of her colleagues in order to get the following.
“We don't do a lot of collaborations. That's true. You know women and our issues. Getting us into the studio is not as easy as guys. It's a big problem and we are working on it. I am working on a female collaboration with two sisters in the industry.”
